As Managing Director Dean Bush has set up Horton Tower Limited Case Management and Rehabilitation Services to provide a quality and a person centred approach to the needs of individuals who have sustained a catastrophic injury.
Dean has extensive experience of working within Health and Social Care for over 20 years and is passionate about the needs of the disabled individual.
Dean has personal experience of disability and this ensures he remains grounded and empathic in his approach and these values are instilled in the company’s ethos.
Horton Tower Limited was established with the key aim to offer a fresh approach to rehabilitation case management services in delivering individual client centred and goal based intervention.
Dean has been a qualified Social Worker for over 19 years and the last 11 of those as a Case Manager mainly working with adults and children with disabilities.
Dean will oversee a professional and dedicated team of case managers with varying professional backgrounds. This will include occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses and other allied health professionals. They will all have current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service checks) registered with their respective professional body, i.e. Social Work England. We also have an Assistant Case Manager / Registered Manager who speaks Romanian and Hungarian.
The Company is fully insured and is registered with the ICO (Information of the commissioner office) in respect of data protection.
Dean is registered with Social Work England and is a member of CMSUK (Case Management Society United Kingdom) BABICM (The British Associate of Brain and Complex Case Management) and the Spinal Injuries Association.
